Many older homes in Minneapolis and St Paul still have a "meter pit" that contained the original water service valve and the main sewer clean out. These open pits can become very unsanitary and a safety hazard. We can remove the old clean out fitting and install a new clean out at floor height, then fill the pit and cement for a safe, clean environment.
